If you need help setting the system up on the Internet or just help will how to connect everything up just give us a call and we can help you. Also to make sure you have a trouble free install we test all the product before it is shipped out to you.

We have one of the best warranties on the market which is 3 years from the date of delivery. If any part becomes defective during this time we will replace it with the same or comparable part. This is a longer warranty than most in the security industry because we stand behind our products we sell. Also we make is easy to send back the defective item to us with a prepaid label.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

The product is in its original packaging- The product isn't used or damaged- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

30-day Money-Back Guarantee:
All purchases from Mammoth Technologies can be returned for a full refund within 30 days if they meet the following criteria. They must be in new condition. (No scratches or wear and tear). They must be sent back will all original packaging materials. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping and handling. Windows 7 license installed on Servers is non- refundable. Up to a 25% restock fee will be charged if the returned item does not meet the above criteria. Open software is non-refundable.

Lifetime Technical Support:
All customers are entitled to free technical support on all products for the lifetime they own it. To obtain an RMA you must call our technical support department first.

Three Year Warranty on Server & One Year on Cameras from the invoice date of purchase. During this time we will replace or repair any part that is broken. If the broken piece of hardware is no longer available we can substitute it for a comparable item or the buyer can pay a fee to upgrade the item. This warranty covers only hardware problems. All software issues that can't be resolved though our tech support will be charged a fee if sent back for service.

Packing and Shipping Terms:
Bidder pays for Packing and insured shipping through FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or DHL Express All International Orders please email us for shipping cost before purchasing. Most shipments will be sent within 1-2 business days of receiving order. Most servers will take 2-4 business days before shipment.
